KARACHI, May 27: The Home Department, Sindh, has assigned Imam Bux Soomro, district and sessions judge, Malir, to hold an inquiry into a shooting incident of Sept 8, 2001, at New Subzimandi, in which a labourer, Wilayat Khan, had died and several others were wounded.

Any person having any information or knowledge about the incident may submit his name with an affidavit on June 1.—PPI
