CHARSADDA, May 25: A workshop on the role of women, farmers and minority councillors in the district government system was held at the Labour Colony, Ghareeabad, on Friday.

The councillors complained that they were being ignored. The workshop was organised by the Workers Education Research and Welfare Society, NWFP.
