SRINAGAR, Oct 3: Three Indian army soldiers and two freedom fighters were killed in clashes that erupted in Indian-held Kashmir Sunday during a military search operation, police said.
Two civilians and one army officer were also injured in the crossfire in Kashmir's Bandipora area, 55km from Srinagar. The clashes were continuing. -AFP
