PAF course completed

PESHAWAR, Aug 30: The Vice Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Tanvir Mehmood Ahmed, on Monday distributed certificates among the participants of the just concluded 50th PAF basic staff course.

Addressing the certificate distribution ceremony, the Vice Air Chief highlighted the significance of the course, according to a press release issued by the PAF. He said the path to excellence was paved with consistent efforts and tenacity of purpose.

"The secret of PAF's success against heavy odds," said the Vice Air Chief "rests in the outstanding quality and calibre of its personnel". Asking the outgoing graduates to continue putting in hard work to maintain the PAF's standards, he said the supremacy of the air force must be preserved and guarded.

"For this, leadership at all levels must be properly trained and groomed," he stressed. The ceremony was held at the Basic Staff School PAF, Badaber. Flt-Lt Nadeem Sadiq was awarded the trophy for best performance. The course involved a total of 49 officers, including one from the Sri Lankan Air Force.
