LAHORE, Oct 27: Lt-Gen Khalid Maqbool, the governor-designate, is expected to take oath of office at the Governor’s House on Monday.

Officials said the provincial cabinet was expected to host a farewell on Sunday for the outgoing governor, Lt-Gen Muhammad Safdar (retired).
