KARACHI, Aug 4: Despite poor showing in the past two events, Khurram Agha maintained top spot in national rankings, according to the Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA).
Karachi-born, Khurram, who had represented Pakistan in back-to-back World championships in Cairo and China, went down to Rambel Gul of NWFP in pre-quarterfinals of 13th Snooker Cup.
Khurram is just five points ahead of Saleh Mohammad with 122 points while Saleh is placed second with 117 points and close on his heals, three points away is Mohammad Yousuf with 114 points in third place.
Yousuf improved one place from previous ranking four while Naveen Perwani slipped to fourth after missing the Snooker Cup due to his father's serious illness.
