QUETTA, Feb 24: A powerful bomb exploded near the building of a daily newspaper but did not cause any loss to life or property.

The bomb exploded with a big bang on Tuesday morning and created two-foot hole in the ground. The police said unknown terrorists had planted the explosive device.
