BAHAWALPUR, Oct 26: Dacoits looted cash and valuables worth hundreds of thousands of rupees from four houses in Chak 36/BC on Thursday night.

Five dacoits reportedly burst into the houses of Sharif, Siddiq, Akbar and Asghar one after another during a short span, held up the inmates and made off with cash, gold ornaments and valuables.

The affectees turned to police after the incident.
