SRINAGAR, Feb 9: The ‘operational chief’ of occupied Kashmir’s dominant guerilla force, the Hizbul Mujahideen, was arrested on Monday, Indian police said.

Muzaffer Ahmed Dar was arrested at a hideout in Srinagar, police inspector-general B. Srinivas said. He described Dar, 38, as one of the most wanted leaders of the group.—AFP
