DIG’s guard injured in attack

QUETTA, Jan 6: A guard of the deputy inspector-general of police (operation) was injured in an attack in Killi Shabo area on Tuesday.

Police said head constable Bismillah Khan was going to his home after work when armed men riding a motorbike opened fire on him.

He was first taken to the civil hospital and later shifted to the CMH.
