HYDERABAD, Jan 3: Hundreds of Hesco employees marched on roads and held a demonstration outside the press club on Saturday in protest against alleged attempt on the life of Abdul Hameed Shaikh, a leader of Wapda Hydro Electric Central Labour Union.

The employees also held a sit-in outside the Market police station and raised slogans against police. The central chairman of the union warned that if police failed to arrest the accused within 72 hours, they would shut down power supply to the city.
