LAHORE, Dec 30: Senior officials on a committee to oversee the transition from two-stroke to four-stroke rickshaws have asked the Bank of Punjab and the Punjab Co-operative Bank to ease conditions for loans for prospective (four-stroke) rickshaw buyers.
