KARACHI: The story captioned “Glaxo acquires Bristol Myers” in the December 23 issue of Dawn erroneously mentions that the GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan (GSKP) has announced that it will acquire Bristol Myers Squibb Pakistan (BMSP). In fact, the acquisition agreement relates to and has been announced by the GlaxoSmithKline Plc in the UK. The deal is an international transaction which does not involve GSK Pakistan.
