QUETTA, Dec 18: Balochistan Governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi gave on Thursday cash awards of Rs10,000 to each of the 16 students of the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences, who have obtained gold medals for their excellent performance in examinations.

Speaking at a ceremony held at the Governor’s House, the governor said students should concentrate on studies and keep out of politics.

He said the government would provide maximum facilities to students.—Staff Correspondent
