LAHOR, Dec 7: The Chief Minister’s Task Force on spurious drugs has collected the record of all pharmaceutical companies and persons involved in the criminal business.

Task force chairman Dr Saeed Elahi said this after a meeting with the chairman of drug courts here on Sunday. He discussed the Drug Act of 1976 and drug rules of 2007 with the drug courts chairman at length.

Elahi, also a member of the Punjab Assembly, said the task force had devised a strategy to lay hand on people involved in the business of spurious drugs.
