RAWALPINDI, Dec 6: The city police officer here on Saturday reshuffled and transferred 16 station house officers (SHOs) in the district.

According to police spokesman, Inspector Sohail Ahsan has been transferred to Police Line Headquarters from Gunjmandi police station where Inspector Khudad Lillah will take the charge.

Inspector Abdul Rasheed has been appointed SHO Airport and Inspector Tahir Mehmood SHO Waris Khan, while Inspector Rasheed Ahmad has been transferred to Police Line Headquarters from the post of SHO RA Bazaar which will be headed by Inspector Basharat Mehmood.

Inspector Babar Mumtaz has been appointed SHO Westridge and Inspector Sardar Shakeel SHO Khuta, while Inspector Khurshid Ahmad was appointed SHO Jatli.

Inspector Mohammad Iqbal Khatak has been SHO Kotli Satian and Inspector Isran Sati transferred to Police Line Headquarters from the post of SHO New Town where Inspector Ejaz Hussain Shah will be the new SHO.

Inspector Mohammad Jamil has been transferred to the Investigation Cell from the post of SHO Bunni and replaced by Inspector Tariq Mehmood. And Inspector Ahmad Ali Jan has been transferred to Investigation Cell from Police Line Headquarters.
