LAHORE, Dec 5: District Consumer Court Judge Maruf Ahmedali has directed a local confectioner to refund to a complainant Rs23,432, the price of eight canisters of desi ghee he had bought, besides imposing a fine of Rs50,000 under Section 32 of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, for manufacturing and selling adulterated product. — Reporter
