LAHORE, Dec 3: An agreement was signed between Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) and China International Water and Electric Corporation (CWE) for construction of a bridge over the Jhelum at Dhangali in Mirpur district, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
