OKARA, Dec 2: A big breach developed in the left bank of the 4/L distributary near Chak 8/4.L on Tuesday, causing flooding in the area leased out to former army men.

DCO Sohail Shahzad reached the site and monitored the repair work, which was in progress when this report was filed. —Correspondent
