India beat Pakistan in ICL game

AHMEDABAD, Nov 26: Ambati Rayudu struck a fine half-century to help ICL India register a four-wicket win over ICL Pakistan on Tuesday.

Rayudu, man-of-the-match, played a splendid innings of 65 while his team-mate Hemang Badani saw India through with an unbeaten 32.

India did not get a good start, losing their opener G Vignesh in the first over. Ibrahim Khaleel then took the total to 80 scoring 36 with 4 fours and a six.

All-rounder Stuart Binny failed to convert a dropped catch and drove a return catch back to Arshad.

Rayudu crossed 50. His innings ended when he tried to nick an Abdul Razzaq delivery over wicket-keeper Humayun Farhat’s head.

Earlier, batting first, ICL Pakistan managed to score 165 for nine in the allotted 20 overs. Rana Naved-ul-Hasan (44) and skipper Inzamam (24) had noteworthy contributions. For ICL India, Murtaza and Jesuraj picked three wickets each.
