Speaking at a demonstration held here at China Chowk under the aegis of the IJT on Thursday, Mr Khan said the three offices were supporting US propaganda against Islam, Taliban and Afghanistan. “We will stage a Gherao of these offices anytime within a week”, he said.
Brandishing a sword in his hand, Mr Khan took oath from over 2,000 IJT activists, asking them to sacrifice their lives for Jihad. He also asked them to mobilize the youth to wage war against the US.
“No feudal, politician, bureaucrat or armyman can fight the US, except the youth ... who can foil plans of the US against Islam and the Muslims”, he added.
He said the government had surrendered before the US.
He said: “If the coward Americans are scared to open envelops, how can they fight the Afghans.”
The participants of the demonstration, who reportedly came from various educational institutions of Punjab and the Northern Areas, raised slogans against the US and President Musharraf.
