NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Nov 18: Participants of a seminar titled “The basic problem of the children and the role of civil society” expressed concern over declining standard of education and health of children on Tuesday.

The seminar was jointly organised by Sindh Arts and Education Network and Children Rights Committee and Sparc in Moro.

The speakers said that they were slaves and slave nation had got no rights.
