250 Pakistanis to be airlifted today

ISLAMABAD, May 10: As many as 250 Pakistanis, detained in different prisons of Afghanistan, will be airlifted by a military plane on Saturday and Sunday, official sources told said here on Friday evening.

A C-130 plane will make two sorties on Saturday and three on Sunday to bring back the prisoners from Mazaar-i-Sharif, capital of Kandahar.

They will be kept at Peshawar jail, the sources said.
