MANSEHRA, May 10: The Pehsawar High Court (PHC), Abbottabad circuit bench, has admitted for regular hearing a writ petition of transporters against the Traffic Ticketing System Ordinance, 1999.

The petition was filed by Haji Mohammad Naveed, a transporter, through Abdul Shakoor Khan advocate.

The court directed the respondents, the law secretary, police inspector-general and the NWFP traffic assistant inspector-general to file their statements.
