LAHORE, Oct 22: Two more cases of polio were confirmed in Punjab on Wednesday, raising the total number to 84 across the country this year.
Health department officials told Dawn that 18-month-old Ali Hasan of Pattoki, Kasur, and five-month-old Zonaira Mir of Kamoki had been tested positive for poliomyelitis.The total number of polio cases in Punjab is 24.
