KARACHI, Oct 21: A superb knock of 79 from opener Noor Butt helped St Patrick’s High School qualify for the quarter-finals of the first KGA Ian Fyfe Memorial Twenty20 inter-school cricket tournament here at the KGA Ground on Tuesday.

Noor’s substantial innings guided St Patrick’s High School to 176 all out, a total which was beyond the reach of The Oasys School, who folded up for 110 in 19.2 overs.

Leg-spinner Tajammul Mustafa captured three for 33 during St Patrick’s High School’s innings.

But when Oasys School batted in this Pool ‘B’ fixture, their batsmen had no answer against leg-spinner Shah Ali Zafar, who returned excellent figures of four for 24 in 3.2 overs. Medium-pacer B. Ravindra also bowled to take two for 15 in four overs.
