MIRPURKHAS, Oct 15: People of Mehran Special Education Centre arranged a walk here on Wednesday from railway station chowk to mark the Universal Day of White Stick.

Participants led by Mohammed Shahid Nizamani, social worker of the centre, carried banners and placards and after marching on main roads reached the press club.

Mohammed Shahid Nizamani said that the entire world observed White Stick on October 15 as this day had special importance for blind people.
