KHANEWAL, Oct 11: Hundreds of PPP workers protested on Saturday evening against the government for awarding Benzair Income Support Programme (BISP) forms to a PML-Q MNA in NA-156, Kabirwala tehsil.

The protesting PPP workers gathered at main chowk of Sarai Sadhu, some 25km away from Kabirwala, and called upon the government to give forms to PPP office-bearers or PPP MPA Nishat Daha instead of Q-League MNA Raza Hayat Hiraj.

The PPP workers had also held a protest in Khanewal on Friday against the government for awarding BISP forms through PML-Q MNA Hamid Yar Hiraj.
