RIYADH, Sept 29: Eidul Fitr will be celebrated from Tuesday in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Lebanon, Libya, Jordan and Afghanistan.

Authorities in Saudi Arabia said the new moon had been sighted while Lebanon and Jordan made similar announcements.

In Egypt, the feast will start on Wednesday.—AFP
