NEW YORK, Sept 22: Crude oil prices surged above $110 a barrel in New York on Monday, lifted by a declining dollar amid a US government financial bailout and supply worries in Nigeria and the Gulf of Mexico.

New York’s main contract, light sweet crude for October delivery, rallied $5.16 to $111.31.—AFP
