KARACHI, Sept 21: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) has decided to kick off a water disconnection campaign against its defaulters soon after Ramazan.

Special teams, to be constituted at town level, would visit KWSB defaulters’ vicinities in different areas of the city and cut off water connections if they refused to clear their dues, said Imamuddin Shehzad, special representative of the KWSB chairman, at a meeting chaired by the utility’s Managing Director, Ghulam Arif Khan.—PPI
