Ferrari wins free practice for Belgium GP

SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS (Belgium), Sept 5: Ferrari dominated first free practice at the Belgian Grand Prix on Friday with on-form Brazilian Felipe Massa immediately outpacing team mate Kimi Raikkonen.

Massa lapped Formula One’s longest circuit in one minute 47.284 seconds on a chilly and overcast morning in the Ardennes forests. World champion Raikkonen was second quickest in 1:47.623. McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton ended the session third fastest.—Reuters
