OKARA, Sept 2: Police have claimed the arrest of a proclaimed offender carrying head money.

A Sadar police team, on a tip-off, arrested Azam alias Azoo, involved in several cases of murder, dacoity and highway robbery in Okara and other districts.

Meanwhile, outlaws took away valuables, cash and other items in four strikes in the district on Tuesday.
