LAHORE, Aug 30: The All Pakistan Government Employees Federation has decided to begin a movement after Eidul Fitr for a 100 per cent increase in pay and allowances of government employees.

The office-bearers of various associations of government employees, who met here at Hamdard Centre on Saturday to form the federation, said the rising inflation caused by the government’s defective economic policies had pushed the low grade employees to starvation. — Reporter
