KARACHI, Aug 22: The Karachi Building Control Authority has declared “Garden West” project on plot No.149 and 150, GRW, Saddar Town, as illegal, informing the general public that it is being executed without a mandatory NOC.

People are advised not to invest in the illegal project, said a KBCA press release issued on Friday.—PPI
