HAMBURG, Aug 20: Pakistan’s state commodity purchasing agency, Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP), has for the second time postponed bidding in an international tender to buy 250,000 tons of wheat, European traders said on Wednesday.

The tender was issued on Aug 7 and was originally to be opened on Aug 16 but the agency last week extended the date to Aug 23. The TCP has now told European traders the Aug 23 deadline has been cancelled and a new deadline will be issued later.
