LAHORE, Aug 12: Some woman MPAs complained that unlike in the past no arrangements have been made for offering prayers by womenfolk.

PPP’s Sagheera Islam and PML-Q’s Amna Ulfat said the Committee Room C marked for the purpose was being utilised by their male colleagues.

They also regretted that since the new assembly came into being no prayer break was being observed.

The chair directed the assembly staff to ensure that the room was used for offering of prayers by woman MPAs. — Staff Reporter
