GUJRAT, Aug 1: The University of Gujrat arranged a seminar in collaboration with the local industry and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation to enhance links between academics and industry.

In his inaugural address, university registrar Prof Maqsood Akhtar said the university’s curriculum was based on the demand of the region in which it was located.

IT department head Mubashar Hussain briefed the participants of the seminar about the university. —Correspondent
