GUJRANWALA, Aug 1: Two youths drowned in Upper Chenab Canal here on Friday.

While bathing, Muhammad Riaz and Aslam, residents of Ferozewala, swam to the middle of the canal but lost breath and drowned. Efforts were on to retrieve their bodies till the filing of this item in the evening.
