BAHAWALPUR, July 14: Prime Minister’s Adviser on Religious Affairs Maulana Hamid Saeed Kazmi has said the current year’s Haj policy will be announced after July 21.

Talking to media on Monday, the adviser said government wanted to announce the policy by June 5 but owing to haj operators’ plea in the Supreme Court the announcement was delayed. Now, it was expected that after the announcement of the SC judgment on July 21, the government could be able to make this policy public.

Earlier, Maulana Hamid Saeed Kazmi and other MPs of Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan districts participated in a meeting in which their development schemes were discussed.
