KARACHI, July 3: Former West Indies captain Clive Lloyd will succeed Sunil Gavaskar as Chairman of the ICC Cricket Committee after Pakistan withdrew the nomination of Majid Khan for the high-profile post.

Sources in the PCB said Majid’s nomination was withdrawn following his scathing attack on the board last week.—Agencies
