KARACHI, June 23: Two container ships arrived at the outer anchorage, while two vessels carrying diesel oil were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Monday.

Five ships, Alexi-3, Berenice, Ataqa, AI-Salam-II and Yasa lIhan, were busy in loading/unloading cement, diesel oil and iron ore.

A cargo volume of 53,475 tons comprising 48,803 tons of import and 4,672 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Sailing was slow as AI-Rafal left the port while AI-Salam-II and Yasa IIhan were expected to depart.
