LAHORE, June 19: The Punjab government claimed on Thursday that the total outlay of its budget is Rs416.94 billion, and not Rs389 billion as reported by the press.Speaking at the post-budget session of the Punjab Assembly, Punjab Finance Minister Tanveer Ashraf Kaira explained that Rs256 billion had been allocated for ‘running expenditure’ and Rs160 billion for the annual development plan.
