PESHAWAR, June 16: The NWFP government has allocated Rs2 billion in the budget for subsidy on wheat purchase. According to the 2008-09 budget documents, the provincial government is purchasing wheat for Rs15,625 per ton from Punjab and the Pakistan Agricultural Supply and Storage Corporation.— Bureau Report
