MITHI, June 14: Mithi police arrested an activist of Arbab group following registration of case against six. Police lodged an FIR against activists on the complaint of PPP worker Jalal Hingorjo, said a report. Dr Samoon Rahoomo, Ali Sher Janjhi, Ali Asghar Janjhi, Noor Ali Shah, Haji Qabul Junejo and Taj Mohammad Bajir of the Arbab group were nominated in the FIR.

According to complainant, nominated accused were booked for firing and harassment. Police arrested Ali Asghar s/o Rehmatullah Janjhi.

MNA Arbab Zakaullah, talking to reporters alleged that as bye-elections of PS-62 (Nagarparkar) were approaching, police had begun lodging fake cases against our supporters, at the behest of PPP heavy weights to spoil peace of Thar.
