DERA GHAZI KHAN, June 9: Police claimed to have killed a proclaimed offender in an ‘encounter’ in Kot Mubarik.

Police said that acting on a tip-off, they raided a house where Rashid, alias Rashi Jat, wanted for 11 cases, was asleep along with his two accomplices.
