SHIKARPUR: Kidnap victims set free

SHIKARPUR, June 8: Two men who were kidnapped from Sarwarkot village about 25 days ago, have been freed by the kidnappers.

The kidnappers left the blind-folded the victims, Shahmir Brohi and Ali Sher Brohi, in the Lakhi Gate area here on Saturday evening from where they reached their homes.

According to their relatives, they had been freed due to pressures exerted on the kidnappers.

Meanwhile, five people were injured in a clash between two groups of villagers in Syden-jo-Goth in the Chak area on Sunday.

The clash is reported to have been caused by a matrimonial dispute

The injured Malook Shah, Naban Shah, Rahim Shah, Waliullah Shah and Mukhtiar Shah were taken to Chak hospital where they were admitted.

The Chak police have registered a case.
