TOBA TEK SINGH, May 27: Speakers at a seminar here on Tuesday criticised the procedure of approval and the use of funds allocated for citizen community boards.

The seminar, which was held here under the aegis of USAID to discuss district budgets, was presided over by District Nazim Chaudhry Abdul Sattar and attended by representatives of non-government organisations, district administration, local councils, minorities, media and trade unions.

District Coordination Officer Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf also spoke.
