Man killed

SHEIKHUPURA, May 12: A man was killed while two others were injured when two rival groups traded fire in Bharianwala village in Bhikhi police precincts on Monday.

Falak Sher and Iftikhar, alias Anchi, had old rivalry. They had an argument on Monday afternoon followed by a scuffle in which both sides resorted to firing.

As a result, one Mazhar Ali was killed on the spot while Falak Sher and another received bullet wounds.

The injured were hospitalised. The police started investigations.
