NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Oct 23: The members of district council, Naushahro Feroze, belonging to the Awam Dost Panel, have accused the district Nazim of meting out step-motherly treatment towards the elected Nazims of the Awam Dost Panel.
Syed Abrar Ali Shah, Nazim of UC Halani, alleged that the District Nazim was not considering their proposals for setting up dispensaries, constructing roads, providing electricity and repairing of school buildings for their respective union council.
Elaborating, Syed Abrar Ali Shah said that the Awam Dost Panel had recommended to the District Nazim to carry out repair of link road from Halani to Kamal Solangi, ensure supply of electricity to village Kamal Solangi and Nihal Bhoyo, establish dispensaries in village Khiyato Mahesar and village Pir Bhayo and repair school buildings in village Khiyato Mehasar and Halani, but the District Nazim rejected all these recommendations.
He further said that the funds received for the development work in the UCs of the district should be equally distributed among the UCs so that every UC may be able to provide facilities to the people of its areas.
Syed Abrar Ali Shah said that the District Nazim had assured all the Nazims that he would work without any discrimination, but he had failed to honour his pledge in this regard.
He advised the District Nazim to deal fairly with all the Nazims.
